• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Users are solely responsible for the content (text, photos, locations) they post on Gooreto.
• You agree NOT to post:
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings (e.g. fake room rentals or scam products).
  • Offensive, defamatory, or hateful content against any community, race, or individual.
  • Intellectual property or photos that do not belong to you.
• Gooreto reserves the right to review, moderate, and delete any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

Gooreto is a shared community space. To keep it safe and useful for everyone, all users are expected to follow these rules:

• Be respectful. Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated - no harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or community.
• Post honestly. Don't impersonate another person or business, and don't create fake or duplicate accounts.
• Don't spam. Posting, commenting, or messaging at a rapid, repetitive rate is automatically detected and may be removed - this protects the feed and other members' inboxes from being flooded.
• Use reporting responsibly. The Report button is there to flag genuine violations, not to target someone you disagree with. Misusing it is itself a violation.
• Respect blocks. If another member has blocked you, you may not attempt to contact them through another account or channel.
• Follow the content rules in Section 2 above for anything you post, comment, or message.

How we respond to violations. Depending on severity and whether it's a repeat issue, Gooreto may take any of the following actions, with or without prior warning:

• Content removal - a specific post, comment, or listing is taken down.
• Posting restriction - your account can still browse and message, but is temporarily blocked from creating new posts, comments, or listings.
• Account suspension - your account is temporarily blocked from logging in entirely, for a set period.
• Permanent ban - for severe or repeated violations, your account and access to Gooreto may be terminated permanently.

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may contact us using the details in Section 6 to request a review.

• Gooreto is an online directory and classifieds platform connecting the Nepalese community. We do not own, manage, or inspect any properties or items listed.
• We are not a party to any agreement between landlords/tenants or buyers/sellers. Users must perform their own due diligence before making payments or signing contracts. Gooreto is not liable for any financial loss, fraud, or disputes arising from peer-to-peer transactions.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate our terms, engage in spamming, or attempt to scam other users.
