Welcome to Gooreto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gooreto app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Gooreto helps people connect - it is not a party to any agreement between users. Rooms, jobs, items, services and business dealings are arranged directly between users. We do not verify every listing and are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of what users offer. Always use your own judgement and take sensible precautions when meeting people or making payments.
If you list or claim a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate. Paid promotion, where offered, is subject to any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Gooreto a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service so it can function (for example, showing your listing to other users).
We work to keep Gooreto running well but provide the Service “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gooreto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from dealings between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
